Conspiring?

What do these three above items have in common? 

Simple, they infer that there are things going on in this world that few actually see or are willing to acknowledge.  Some call it business as usual, others conspiracy and many don’t believe it actually exists.  Regardless, there are connections between the events of today and yesterday if you are willing to look.  The meanings of some of those connections are clear when you see them and others are not. 

On a global scale some of these things are fairly simple to see: The constant expansion of power over the people by their governments.  Few deny that the function of government seems to be selfish preservation of its position.  Refer to the simultaneous coalescing of the European governments into a single monolithical EU power as an example.  There’s the steady degradation of the acknowledged Rights of man across the so-called civilized world as men try to assert themselves in the face of a rapidly expanding government control structure.  How about the trained emphasis on debt as an accepted way to live our lives?  Each is a symptom of powerful and wicked individuals at work.

Now, there are the mockers out there who will scoff at anyone who points to these machinations as something both unnatural and evil.  But why?  Why is it so hard to believe that those people who would actively seek to exalt themselves to the positions of the very highest power would also be without other motives and thus somehow unwilling to harm others to gather the very power they crave?  Why, in the light of centuries of recorded history would reasonable and otherwise intelligent people refuse to acknowledge a pattern of abuse that stretches throughout that same history?  That kings and rulers, presidents and dictators are all subject to the same corruption and desires as normal man or perhaps worse?  Is it fear?  A willing disbelief?  A desire to reject reality and it’s painful results?  I don’t know but for me it was mere ignorance.

I grew up in a typical American life.  School, divorce, television.  And my favorite was distraction.  Be it games, play, media, or just fantasy life, I did whatever I could to deny the painful reality I was forced into.  From birth I was ready to seek and accept the pain free path.  I was educated by the state and expected to magically just fit in.  My parents expected the state to educate me in a neutral manner, providing me with the tools needed to live a productive life.  While I love them both, I really doubt they ever lost sleep about the contents of the information I was exposed to.  Between the media storyline and the education provided by the government schools, I was told many things I have since found to be completely untrue. 

An example is the lie that we live in a free democracy.  Or even that we should want to live in one.  By extension a democracy is the rule of the will of a mob.  That is not a safe place to reside when the mob rules and dictates the law.  In actuality America is supposed to be a representative republic where the rule of law is primary.  And the law is Statute law not case law that can be easily bent by unscrupulous men.

Or how about the talk that certain presidents are far superior to others?  I was told in school that Lincoln and FDR were truly great men.  Well, they were great in the power that they exorcised in their terms of service but great in a moral or character based sense?  Not so much.  Neither man lived up to his Oath.  And then the questions about how they got into power are never asked by those same people who preach their greatness... 

So what has that to do with a greater theme in this life we live?  Well, if I was misled by those men, women and even the very system trusted to raise me by my parents, then I believe that many of us were. 

A man whom I respect solely for his honesty on this subject, once described how a monarchy was superior to a representative republic and in some ways he was right.  Kings are raised from birth to rule.  Presidents are chosen for their ability to successfully complete a race for power.  Both are clearly flawed and pathetic systems of providing for the protection of the Rights of a man.  Neither has any compelling reason to protect me and mine, instead the systems are both framed around the protection of the power they have acquired.

And to preserve that power, throughout time men have provided means of establishing and preserving for themselves and their kin that power they have seized, regardless of the manner of the actual taking.  Monarchs use a fallacy of hereditary succession and the police power of the state to convince the people that theirs is a true and just rule.  The so-called democratic republics of this world have invested us in the myth of free elections and the sovereign franchise of man while those who control the information control the results of those elections.

Ok, so there are men who seek power and do actually rule over us.  Big deal.  I have everything I need.  Why should I care?  I’m free to come and go as I see fit.  I can buy homes and cars and computers.  I can get married and have a family.  I can seek my own fortune and if I wish it, I can even seek political power.  So I am free, right?  So why should we mess with the system?  Sure it’s corrupt but that doesn’t touch me.





 There was a day when that woman failing to protect her child may have said the same thing.  “The government is someone else’s problem, I have too many things to do.” 





 This man may have boasted of his freedom in years previous but now he kneels on the side of a pit, still holding his coat, with his neighbors bleeding and dead below him and with a government provided pistol being aimed at his head, about to die.  What is he thinking?  His face calls my eye and I find myself trying to fathom what that moment was to him.  And to those men surrounding him, born of woman just as he was, who wore a government’s uniform and carried the government’s guns but pulled the triggers with their own fingers and killed their neighbors.  I cannot find where Hitler or Stalin once pulled a trigger and personally killed a man or woman or child.  It was people, free-willed men and women who did these things.





 And these things.





And these things.





But that last one’s different?  Why?  I am sorry if it offends but there is no difference.  Some people choose to reject the government’s stance on a subject or fail to align with it and then are killed for their choice.  Pretty simple.  A monopoly of force in the hands of your rulers...

What do these horrible pictures have to do with a bigger plan?  They carry a simple message: ignoring the plan’s existence will kill either you or those around you.

Governments that are allowed to grow too large then become unresponsive to their people and will eventually turn on them.  And enslave them.  And kill them.  It’s just history.  And also our future if we sit and do nothing effective.

Crimes against the Constitution

Please read, I need your help with this.

Same song, different verse: “The history of the present standing government of the united States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these same States.  To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.” 

So let’s show the people of America and the world just how far we have strayed from the Framer’s words. In this project I hope to gather the combined knowledge of my friends, both real world and online, and present to the world the facts proving the completed work of undermining and destroying of the united States Constitution by those who would rule over a Free people. 

I am trying to build a case to support the premise that the entity that calls itself the United States government is none other than the result of a well concealed coup d’etat, performed in the face of and directly against the ratified Constitution of these united States and then implemented over the last 150 years. This imposter oligarchy is currently in power and is working diligently to enslave us all to it’s will, our natural Rights be damned. 

The help I will need is not great but will include your personal experiences and knowledge. They are what is truly important to getting the point out. I need you to review the “Base Copy” of each of these documents and then insert your experiences, notes, incidents and then please also include hard cites (quotes, links, photographs, and the source of your info) to back them up. Without cites, I will not be able to list them. I need facts, not opinions, feelings or unsupported conspiracy. 

So, please, singly or in groups, gather your offenses they have performed against your Rights and list them. I will incorporate them into a complete document for all to see and then we can spread this as far as the internet reaches and beyond.

In the Declaration, the Framers spoke openly to a “Candid world” and told them of the specific reasons why the people had risen up against the crown and why the leaders of the Colonies saw a clear need to secede from the union they had with Great Britain. I am hoping that we will be able to make at least as clear of a case for Freedom as they did. This standing government is no friend of Freedom. They work day and night to suppress the natural Right of men to be Free and Responsible for themselves. I hope to expose that malfeasance to the light of day that the American people might make a Free and Clear decision: Freedom or Slavery.

A man's relationship to his government

I have not found a better description of our relationship to our government.  I have no idea who Schiller was but he wrote a play and this was in it. 

Power has been placed on a throne here in America.  It is more than a tool, it is the goal for many who “serve” in government.

That power is strong in it’s possession of our land.  It will not willingly surrender it’s grip on us or our children.

The mere fact of it’s existence is founded in custom: there has always been government, there must always be government.

Since it’s inception, it has driven it’s roots into every aspect of our lives: home, faith, business, recreation, procreation, education, health, death, land, air, space, water, etc…  These roots are proof against any one man’s efforts to dislodge.  The entire nation has been unable to dislodge a single one once set in place.

And the last line is the kicker.  The very power that has ensnared us is fixed in our collective and childlike faith.  Faith in someone watching over us?  Someone who will save us?  Someone who will pick us up when we fall and set us back on the right path?  Hardly.

We will have to come to grips with our own “nursery-faith” and our personal choice to trust in those in power.  We are raised to do so but in our best interest we need to re-examine that relationship...

A totally new approach to gun control

For at least eight decades we have been trying to control crime through the use of police power.  Every year or so some evil or crazy individual takes it upon himself to go out and kill as many of his neighbors as he can.  Immediately there is an outcry for “something to be done!”  The general theme of the actions sought is “getting rid of the guns” through the passage of yet another law.

We have now restricted the Right to Carry in every state in the Union to one degree or another, some to the point of making the carry of a firearm nearly impossible.  For whatever reasons, these efforts have been a miserable failure.

So without going into huge efforts to prove the above point since other have and will continue to argue that until the end of time, I would like to propose a completely different approach to the issue of crazy and evil people here in America who seem to think it’s ok to kill and main at their whim.

Solution: Cancel the restrictions on carry for all law abiding Americans and actually mandate that each able bodied American carry a firearm whenever they leave their home.  With low cost firearms available such as the High Point line where you can purchase a .40 caliber handgun for under $150 and holsters going for less than $30 a person can easily have a functional firearm for the cost of the average cell phone bill.

DHS has several hundred MILLION .40 rounds available so perhaps they can make them available and also arrange for training at local ranges for all comers.

Needless to say, it will be a very busy first year at emergency rooms and morgues as the law abiding citizens in America deal with those stupid, crazy or evil enough to act out on their impulses. 

I believe that within a year, the available pool of crazy and evil people will be thinned to a completely tolerable level and our society will have become a far nicer place to live.  Bad neighborhoods in Chicago, DC or LA?  Well, if the people who actually desire peace and safety are enabled to functionally defend themselves, these gangs and thugs will disappear.  This will also work on robbery, home invasions, rape, kidnapping, assault, mass shootings and terrorist attacks.

In nearly all of the mass shootings in the past decade there was no one there to defend the people from the actions of the crazy or evil.  When there was an armed American, the shooters were stopped far short of their intended goal. 

This solution would mandate an immediate response by the people themselves.  Yes, people will be hurt and some will die.  We are dying today.  We are not safe.  Our police are merely there to catch the bad guy AFTER the act is complete.  Too little, too late.  Yes, there will be abuse.  Fact of life.  But at least everyone will be on an even playing field.

Terrorists under every Bush? Or Obama?


I just bumped into this very interesting information.

"Of the 13,288 people killed by terrorist attacks last year, seventeen were private U.S. citizens, or .1 percent."

"Of 978 terrorism-related kidnapping last year, only three hostages were private U.S. citizens, or .3 percent. A private citizen is defined as ‘any U.S. citizen not acting in an official capacity on behalf of the U.S. government.’"

And here's the bit that makes DHS and all the naked scannings seem so insane, "overall, a comparable number of Americans are crushed to death by their televisions or furniture each year."

One has to ask, is DHS really serious?  And how dumb are we, to surrender all these Rights in the face of this clear fiasco.  They aren't coming to invade America.  They aren't hiding in our Walmart stores.  They aren't your neighbors.  The statistically minute number of freaks who are willing to attack in the name of Jihad are irrelivent and our reactions to the lies and misinformation put out by our government and the media has been wrong.  We need to push back against these lies and demand redress by whatever means required that they surrender back to the people the very Rights they have stolen through these terrorist lies.

“Are we really serious about public safety? Here are sixteen things we can actually do.”


So asks a Seattle CityCouncilwoman after another shooting in Pugetopia.  There have been more than a few in the last year or so and the people are getting restless; they want something done.  Typically her list contains all the normal Rights destroying big government solutions which have been tried and clearly have failed everywhere they have tried.

One of the things I always notice when government types start talking about their “solutions to gun violence” is that the solutions always show a complete lack of personal responsibly on the side of the normal citizen.  It’s all going to be taken care of for us, by more government, more cops, etc..  As predicted long ago we have surrendered God-given Rights and Responsibilities over ourselves in a poor exchange for man’s so called security.  So, how’s that working out for us?

I personally think in her list of sixteen solutions she missed a few so here’s my list of “Things we can actually do.”  And mine aren’t focused on new laws, more government spending or even violating the Rights of any law-abiding person in Pugetopia.

1.  Educate the people of their personal Right and responsibility to Protect Themselves.
            a. Constitution of the united States and the Bill of Rights.
            b. Washington State Constitution.
            c. Pertinent court findings supporting the Right to protect themselves.

2. Assist those same people through the process of getting the tools to actually do the job of competently providing for their own protection.
            a. Low or no cost firearms training provided by local 2A groups.
            b. Sponsorships by retailers and manufacturers of firearms, holsters and ammunition to help folks arm themselves.
            c. Low or no cost basic situational awareness training including firearms retention by local PD or 2A groups.
            d. Offset the costs of getting a CPL through community sponsorships.
            e. Discounted or free range time at publically owned (PD, State Patrol, etc.) ranges.

3. Support the efforts of private people and groups who would be willing to help and lighten the load on the police by providing for their own personal protection as well as helping to protect their local communities.
            a. Look at changing the premise behind the block watch programs to one of a more active and involved group in their own neighborhood.
            b. Work to bring those who are sworn to protect and serve together with those who wish to help by providing for their own protection.
            c. Help local prosecutors use better policy when it comes to self defense charges.
            d. Actually support local unorganized militia groups who wish to function under local government authority (Sheriff) and give them a valuable and useful function.

4. Provide resources online for folks to report crazy or wicked people and their activities so these folks can be addressed.
            a. There is already Crime Stoppers where people can report criminal tips but they are not set up to deal with the unbalanced or crazy folks out there.
            b. Getting the clearly crazy off the streets would be a good start and would require government spending.  Dixie did us no favors when she turned them out onto the streets.  As a side note, I don’t see a huge amount of crazy people buying handguns and attacking people.  It’s more the slightly unbalanced or wicked among us doing these horrible deeds.
            c. This will be a more difficult proposition as any mechanism for reporting any pre-crime activity is already suspect in my mind and prone to abuse by people both in and out of government.

There will be a visible side effect from educating and enabling folks in the effort to help them protect themselves.  There is a good chance that these additional firearms in the community will actually be used to save lives.  This will mean that sometimes people will be shot and even killed as these responsible folks defend themselves from the crazy or wicked among us.  After a period of time, the effect of these firearms will be perceived by even the unbalanced out there and they will either find other things to do with their urges, be dead or in jail. 

In short, we have tried the more laws and more police efforts from coast to coast and there has been little positive news to report.  Helping people train and then arm themselves for their own protection will be a completely different approach to the issue of rampant violence in our communities but from a logical and detached viewpoint it looks like a good approach.

I learned a painful lesson today.


A couple of days ago someone died.  He was a man I only knew from a few videos and some assumptions.  Based on my flawed image of him I had given him a certain amount of respect.  He was doing something productive and seemed to be doing it well.  His name was JT Ready and I did not know who he really was.

When I heard of his death, I was leery of the initial story as it was being told in the media.  I have grown over the last few years to mistrust the “official story” of many things as presented by the media.  Often the story we are told is either completely wrong or far enough from the truth to be considered misinformation.

Today I spent some time online watching interviews and speeches given by Ready and I was horrified.  The man was clearly racially motivated in his actions.  His actions at Occupy Phoenix and on the border with US Border Patrol (not the agency but a private militia) I felt were doing the right thing and I assumed that his motivations were similar to mine, i.e. ensuring the security of future American’s Rights.  Instead he saw the border issue as an “invasion” of a lesser species.  His actual motivations regarding Occupy remain to be determined in my mind.  While I have serious issues with illegal immigration it is not a racial issue with me.

So, while still don't trust the story we are being told of his death, I clearly can no longer support his actions either while in the Arizona desert or online spouting racist craziness.  I mourn for his little girl and the others that died a could days ago regardless of the actual situation.   

So the lesson learned: Know someone before you assign their motives or any respectability.

Our creator made us all and Jesus died for all of us, regardless of skin color.
